Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in New Bern

I’m not sure I expect high quality but this is missing most of its cheese, under sized, dry, and has no time date sticker on it for when it was made. It was awful, the one part I ate tasted like a stale breadstick…

Edit: Thought I was a bit harsh on my first review and tried them again, the second photo is the pizza and sticks I got, if these bread sticks were any thinner they would vanish. I’ve had these at other locations and yes they are normally rather thin but this one I can legitimately see light through.

Two times now, two awful experiences. I would avoid this place

Edit 3: I’m just a sucker for bad service I guess, but I love Little Caesar’s and returned yet again ordered a pizza and a cheese bread, 10-15 minute wait on my cheese bread, no problem. Ask for the pizza to eat well I wait and I’m told “we don’t do that we bring it all out at once” quite rudely actually like I was asking for something crazy, Seriously? So I’ve got to wait for an item I paid for and can see in the warmer tell my cheese bread is done I haven’t eaten today and am hungry now, I bought the dang thing give it to me. If it wasn’t ready sure I’ve got no problem waiting but you literally just told me I’m waiting on a cheese bread not a pizza. Ended up being a 20 minute wait, they are busy I get it, but this is why I wanted the pizza for the wait. Food was actually good this time, but there’s still no time/date stickers on anything.

This is my last time, I’ve tried so hard to love this location. I’ve emailed corporate with no responses, the people who work here couldn’t care less, no response to any of my reviews or comments, nothing it’s just a bad location with poor staff unfortunately.

I’m just dumb and keep trying to get things here, I love the food when it’s right… this time I got the wrong item that was over cooked anyway, and watched the guy put it back after I bought it back in from the drive through, that’s just nasty. Adding yet another photo because it’s so bad I don’t think anyone would believe me. I paid and left empty handed this time…

Ordered an Italian cheese bread again with two sauce cups, ordered at 5:25, got no receipt (why was it $14 also!?!?) and waited 23 minutes for my 10 minutes wait, watched the entire parking lot empty while I was still waiting, called to see if I was forgotten and only got "I ordered an Italian cheese bread" and was told "hold on" and the phone hung up... Once again leaving empty handed.

I hate how much I like their food, I actually wish I didn't like it at...

8-27-2021 stopped by Little Caesars after a crazy day, time was 8:59 waited until 9:51 for the lady to inform me "we are closed" the sign said 10 and she informed me that they closed at 9:50. So maybe the general manager that decided to close the store early needs to update the sign as well as the hours online because y'all are all out of wack. Thank God for Pizza Hut not closing early on a Friday Night.

3 years ago- Sitting in the drive thru line for at least 45 mins. I dont understand why it took so long for only 4 cars in front of me. Do people just come to the window and place an order and wait until they make the pizza? Maybe it would work better if they made those people call first or park. Hot and ready...quick trip turns into almost an hour. Then the lady at the window walks up chewing her food. Not professional at all. I use this location once or twice a month and really never had a bad experience. Never had them mess up an order and my order size is usually around 100 dollars for work and friends and 50 dollars for family 😂. But we do eat it for a day or two. I always ask for extra marinara sauce but not because they are trying to rip you off like Pizza Hut does. I have to get twenty extra sauces there to equal two sauces of Little Caesars. So good job on not hosing us on the condiments. I feel we are paying more than enough for your pizza no need to go in dry on us with the condiments and charge a five dollar fee for a drop of sauce like Pizza Hut. 😂 Can you tell I am never going back to Pizza Hut yet?
