I was just at this location and I had a bad experience. My barber was completely rude after I informed her that I was not going to be able to take my oxygen tube off that I need to live. My current health condition is such that I am able to remove my cannula briefly so that the stylist can cut the hair under the tube and then I have to replace it and then again on the other side. My experience with all New Braunfels Great Clips has been just bad and made me feel like I am being discriminated against. I observed all other stylists talking and joking and laughing with their customers but as with every single Great Clips I was made to feel like they were not truly trying to cut my hair and like I did not belong there, but I will make sure it is known that I served three years in the United States Army and Great Clips and their rude and racist stylists don’t realize they are only free to operate and work in this country as well as being free is because of people like me who served and would have given our lives for them then and to...

My old to go grocery store, it's been 23 years since I've been back. Comparison to Florida Publix is a huge difference price wise and HEB has much better prices across the floor and superior produce quality. The HEB from 23 years ago compared to now is an amazing experience of how times have changed and much more variety in you shopping experience. I wish Florida had HEB stores avaliable, it would keep the prices down and provide a formidable competitor to help drive down our current inflated product prices. Love using the app while I shop because it tells me what location the items I have on my list are at for a quicker shopping experience. This location is so organized and always stocked when I go early. When I go in the evening they are stocking up, so stay out of their way.
