My brother and I worked there through tem company years ago. When I was cleaning machines and all others there, someone threw a piece of powder ( almost tennis ball size ) and hit my shoulder. I didn’t get hurt or anything but that was wrong. I couldn’t report it because I did not know English at all back then and guess who they would fired or I reported since I’m a temporary worker ? Thar also the reason I didn’t report. Yes, maybe it would be better if I did. For my brother, he was just playing with one of them and the lesson threw a bag tortilla at him, yea he threw back and they were playing. Of course they should but then the person went to office reported that my brother threw something at him, again we did not speak much English and the tem agent didn’t listen to us and we got fired. I can't recommend anyone to work here. If you have an issue its always 1 sided and they won't really resolve it. Mechanics stay away especially second shift. Its extremely hot here and they would rather take away other mechanics to paint or organize than help you on your shift and you will get murdered with calls. This shift requires 4 good mechanics to keep up with production and you may have 3 or even 2. The supervisor here is worthless and will let his shift turnover a messy shop every day and your passdown of info is almost never there. Very small and narrow for truck backing dock. Two sides for loading-unloading. North side for 3 trucks , parking to dock mirror-by-mirror, very narrow. Call to the box outside on steps to get instructions, you cant come inside- Of course no toilet. Don't come early then appointment!
