I was referred to this place by literature provided to me by my Veterinarian. I faxed in the required paperwork to get the enrollment process started for my dog last week. I never heard back. I called. A man answered the phone with a greeting for a different business. He seemed surprised when I inquired about dog sitting services. I asked if they had received my paperwork. He checked the fax machine and said it was there. He claims that the process will take several days and that I would be contacted Tuesday by the woman that runs the boarding service. Apparently she was out of town for several days because "life happens" as the man put it. This man was condescending and lectured me about how the enrollment process works. Apparently the enrollment process does not work at all. Tuesday came and went, no correspondence from anyone. My impression of this outfit is that they are part time business owners that dabble in multiple businesses to make ends meet. Very disorganized and unprepared for life when it happens. Not a place I am going to trust with caring for my dog when I'm at work. I will also notify my Veterinarian that the place they are referring for dog boarding is not able to take on any...
Read moreWe started using Core Pet Zone for doggy daycare soon after adopting our dog a year ago. The owners and staff really care about the dogs. Max comes home exhausted after a day of play there. We recently began boarding Max due to some family situations. I considered boarding Max at the vet but stuck with CPZ because the dogs can sleep in bed with a caregiver, which is what Max is used to. Max is a picky eater but Vicki went out of her way to figure out how to get him to eat. The reception area is cluttered, but it is cluttered with high quality dog food and dig supplies. I recommend CPZ for daycare and boarding. I do wish they took pictures and/or had a video camera that could be connected to a cell phone so I could see how Max...
Read moreCore Pet Zone is the best!! My dog, Yoda Moon, has been going to this family owned doggie daycare occasionally for four years now and it is like her second home. I also boarded Yoda at Core when on a couple trips knowing she was safe and happy with people she likes who appreciate her. We have moved farther away from Core Per Zone now but I still bring Yoda to daycare once a week to maintain her people & canine friends. Also a friend of mine from my old neighborhood brings her dog, Edie, occasionally to doggie daycare care. Edie also loves spending time at Core. One more thing ! I adopted my incredible cat, Clara, from the pet rescue partnering with Core. I can’t thank Core Pet Zone enough for Clara and the wonderful care...
