The MPX Group (Formerly Rapit Printing) — Local services in New Brighton

I used Rapit Printing for my printing needs until an employee of theirs utilized a letterhead that I had printed with them for what they call a “practical joke”. The Rapit Printing employee used the letterhead from my assisted living client, which I was having reproduced at Rapit. This individual typed up a fake job offer and sent the letter to a third party who was apparently interested in career opportunities with assisted living establishments. This person then contacted my assisted living client to inquire about the position that didn't exist - this eventually made it back to me, which cause irreparable harm to my relationship with the client. I took this up with the business owner, Ray Holloway, and he offered no apologies or resolution to the issue.
