The team at Pedigo was excellent. From the second I walked in. They greeted me and made sure that I was looking at bikes that would work for me. By the time I had gotten there, I had already test driven nine different bikes. I was gathering information and had heard some good things about pedego. After riding many different bikes I found one that I liked. Stephen was very very helpful. He let me take one out on my own and then came with me and talked about what to expect from the Bike. In all the best ways, Stephen is a bike geek and knows exactly what he’s talking about. so does the rest the staff. After test driving another half dozen bikes I had narrowed it down to three. The initial bike that I wanted was not there. However, they gave me one that was almost identical and fit wonderfully. After my fourth visit to Pedego , I think they are tired of me, I wound up going with the Pedego Avenue and I’m happy with it now. I would really suggest these people they are...

Experience was amazing from inquiring with George n Matt. They were polite and full of knowledge. Matt even shared he owned one and his personal experience. After talking to both of them I went home and booked .Next morning George set me up. I took the 2 hr rental using their mapped guide ...what a beautiful ride indeed. All I could do was imagine what the same ride would look like in the fall. Upon returning I met Taylor n Steve was kind people full of knowledge. I test drive another model... very interested and will definitely return to rent and considering buying. Thank you Matt George Taylor n Steve for a great experience. I originally went here to see if I liked electric bikes. They let you rent a bike for 2 hours. At the time it was $50 per person for 2 hours. My husband and I decided we really like electric bikes unfortunately Pedego bikes were out of our price range so we did research and found ones we could afford...fast forward my husband's bike computer went out. Stephen the bike technician fixed my bike he was very knowledgeable about how to get the information he needed to fix a bike they don't sell. I am so grateful if it wasn't for him I'd have a 80lb bike that no one would want to ride. The company is very responsive even in the off season. I would recommend this company. Thank you...
