Hello all! Please do not purchase at Cozi furniture unless you want your things to come late and damaged! I understand that people need jobs but this is a very corrupt business. I purchased a white bedroom set from them a little over a month ago. Since they only had the display in the store I had to order it and wait for it to go to the store. I purchased a bed, dresser w/mirror, and chest drawer. The front desk told me that I would have to wait for a couple weeks but it won't take long. I waited for 3 weeks until my mom started asking me what the update was on my furniture. I called them and they told me that because of the coronavirus, shipment has been slow. I have been very understanding with that so I gave them a few more weeks. I called them and they told me that they received my dresser w/mirror and chest drawer. THE BED NEVER CAME! I was telling them how frustrated I was getting because of the lack of communication. The next day the front desk called and told me that they told the manager about my frustration and he said he would charge me $79 for the nightstand... I didn't owe them anything and everything that happened was their fault so why am I being billed for something I did not do??? I didn't even want the nightstand in the first place which is why it was not included in my first purchase so I declined their ridiculous offer. I went to the store I asked the front desk to give me the stuff that was already there and we discussed a FRIDAY DELIVERY. I asked the lady if she could write it down for myself and for the store to remember because I did not want any mess ups. She wrote down that it was a FRIDAY DELIVERY and that she would contact me on Thursday to discuss a time. I get no call on Thursday so no delivery on Friday. My mom and I went to the store on Friday to ask what happened and the guy told me I made it for Saturday and made it seem like I knew it was on Saturday. I was so glad I had the piece of paper to show that she documented for Friday. Between the delivery guys and the people working in the store, the communication was lost because they moved all their Friday deliveries to Saturday. Why didn't they tell the customers? Deliveries are supposed to be convenient for both company and customer, right? If I hadn't gone to the store, I wouldn't have known until Saturday morning. My mom was so upset she negotiated with them to give us a dining room set in exchange for the bedroom set. The manager said he would give us the table and chairs without paying the restocking fee. They not only delivered the dining set but they also delivered my bedroom set. I thought they gave me the bedroom set for free so my family and I were assembling the bedroom set. I opened the box for the mirror and it was broken... They called me after two days of me assembling everything and said they are scheduling a pick up for the bedroom set that was delivered by mistake. How can you deliver a whole set by mistake??? Overall, The problem with this company is communication. Not only do they not give you an update on your order, they change things around and will not discuss it with you. They are unprofessional and I hope the employees find better job opportunities than this one.

I had a wonderful experience at Cozi Furniture today after purchasing a 7-piece Queen size bedroom set plus matress and a base. The showroom has a wide variety of quality furniture at reasonable prices, and everything was presented in a way that made the selection process easy. A very special thank you to Henry, my salesman, who was absolutely the best—professional, patient, and knowledgeable. He explained all the options clearly, never pressured me, and made sure I felt confident in my choice. His customer service truly stood out. I also want to sincerely thank the owner, Mr. Tony, for his polite, respectful, and courteous treatment during billing, as well as the care and promptness he showed in arranging home delivery. As a first-time customer, I felt genuinely valued. I will always remember Henry and Mr. Tony for the way they made me feel throughout the process. I highly recommend Cozi Furniture to anyone looking for not only great furniture but also an outstanding customer experience.

Los muchachos forzaron los muebles y se rompieron demasiado, ahora ellos no quieren cambiar los muebles por unos nuevos ! No me quieren retornar el dinero! Yo compre unos muebles que prometían enviarlos nuevos y enviaron unos usados…. Me dicen el sábado llegamos a chequear y luego no llegaron el lunes me dicen no vamos a ir su puerta era muy pequeña, lo correcto era no entregar los muebles y no romperlos!

These people DO NOT CARE ABOUT ANYTHING BUT MAKING THE SALE. They LIE, LIE, LIE. They are super sweet at first and help you choosing furniture, Henry made that sure to accommodate when trying to sale the furniture. THE MOMENT HE SOLD THE FURNITURE TO ME EVERYTHING CHANGED. They completely abandoned me, i called may 5th asking for an update and Chuck said the bed can be delivered next week, but the couch would not come until May 25th which was fine because we discussed that. The following week came and i received no update on delivery or a schedule time for when they will come, so I called that Friday. The guy told me it just arrived and they can deliver it next Saturday, i told them i was upset because no one is communicating with me. I understand delays but communicate that because i will need be home in order for the delivery to take place. I then asked since the bed will be delivered Saturday will the couch as well since it is coming May 25th he assured me everything will be delivered. So this previous Saturday comes and only the bed is delivered with dents and all, NO COUCH OR BOX SPRING. On too of that the delivery guys make you sign the paper before taking a look at the furniture so that you can note if it is flawed. so i had already signed stating everything was delivered perfectly until i walked in the bedroom to see it was damaged. so i called the store back to let them know that only the bed was delivered and no box spring, the guy told me he would call me back with an update. And he did he told me the did not include a box spring because my bed did not need it but i still wanted it because it came with it and that for the couch he will need to contact the ware house which does not open until Monday (today). Which leads me today today NO ONE CALLED. In fact i had to call them and they told me it was because i was the 92 person who order this couch so it will come Monday and they will call to correlate with me. I explained to him that my issue with all this is that again NO ONE IS COMMUNICATING. If you noticed on May 25th that my couch was not there, someone should have reached out right then and there and explained to me that the couch will not be delivered on Saturday. As a customer i should not be expecting a delivery and shocked when it does not come and when i call the same day you cannot give me an answer on why instead you tell me you have to call me Monday to figure out why. But if everything arrives at the store you should have noticed my couch did not arrived and called the warehouse to figure out why and then called me THE CUSTOMER to inform me. THEY SIMPLY DO NOT CARE ONCE THE HAVE MADE THE SALE. so i explain my frustration to the guy and was like i rather just have a refund, he tells me the paper you signed states no refund and is NOT trying to accommodate me for the inconvenience at all like i’m literally so upset with the lack of care they have for their customers. i really wish i did not order from them and just went elsewhere that does care about making the customer happy and not just the sale. We will see if they call Monday since thats when the couch is supposed to come now and we will see if i ever get the couch, but I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THESE GUYS AGAIN. PLEASE IM TELLING YOU ALL GO SPEND YOUR MINEY ELSEWHERE THE MOMENT YOU GIVE THEM A SALE THEY WILL ABANDON YOU WITH NO COMMUNICATION AND YOU WILL GET YOUR FURNITURE WHEN YOU GET IT. THEY DO NOT CARE AT ALL, so just save yourself. if i could give zero stars i truly would like the guy on the phone should no care for the inconvenience or that i am frustrated customer, and just quoted all their policies and said yea when it come we will...

This place has the WORST service I have ever dealt with!!! I ordered couches from this company and PAID IN FULL. I was told to expect delivery in 2-3 weeks but now it is going on SIX WEEKS with no progress! I called today to check up on the status of my order, yet again, and was told that one of the couches got damaged in the delivery process. When I asked how long it would take to fix the situation and get the complete set, they said they did not know.

Now that I'm reading reviews for this company, I'm seeing people say it''s taken them 3-5 months to get their items and I'm afraid that's the direction I'm headed. I expected them to come in time for thanksgiving and now it seems like they won't even come in time for Christmas which is horrible because I'm hosting a get together at my house and I've already removed my old couches in preparation for the new ones. NOW I SEE WHY THEY HAVE A NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE POLICY, IT'S TO PROTECT THEMSELVES BECAUSE THEY KNOW THEY ARE FRAUDS AND WILL NOT DELIVER ON TIME NOR DELIVER QUALITY ITEMS. If they allowed refunds and exchanges they would SURELY go out of business due to customer dissatisfaction. If I could give ZERO STARS I would.

Nobody seems to care. The staff and ESPECIALLY the manager, are EXTREMELY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. They act like doing the bare minimum their job requires is a huge burden. They talk down to you and move with absolutely no urgency. ALL THE 5 STAR REVIEWS ARE FAKE!! They are written by friends. If it wasn't for the FAKE 5 star reviews, this would be a 1 star business (if you look at Yelp it's all 1 star). There's a reason they've been reported to the Better Business Bureau. Notice carefully that there is no in between, all reviews are either 1 star and 5 star and half of the 5 star reviews don't even make sense. NEVER SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES. ESPECIALLY IF YOU WANT YOUR FURNITURE IN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME. SPREAD THE WORD. THEY ARE SCAMMERS WITH HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY!

Edit in response to the manager: You can't find a record because it's not my name in your system, I made this purchase with someone else. The number on my receipt says 15304 and the total price was $2958.99. I can't read the handwriting of the sales person but their name starts with a "Cl" or "Ch" and looks like it ends with an "S". The date on the receipt says 11/17/18 (and thanks for reminding me: Something I even forgot to mention in my first review is that we had to get this new receipt (for the 11/17 date) because the chair we originally ordered in OCTOBER came and IT LOOKED NOTHING LIKE THE ONE WE ORIGINALLY PICKED OUT. We mentioned that to you guys and you basically said that it was too bad, we had to keep it. We had to fight tooth and nail to get you guys to switch it back to the couch we originally wanted because of this foolish "no exchange" policy.

If you guys rectify this situation in a timely manner with good customer service, I would have grounds to rescind portions of my review and write a more favorable one. Check the phone number you have on file and contact us when you guys have resolved our order. Stop cutting corners and get it done. I would like my items delivered with no damages or scratches and before 2019 (the current date is 12/14/2018, that's a pretty generous amount of time in my opinion). Social media is a powerful tool and it's reach is endless. If my requests are not met, I will make sure everyone knows how fraudulent your company is. Your "15 years of business" will...
