Taqueria 3 Reyes — Restaurant in New Carrollton

Well to start nice and clean place. My biggest issue with this place was that I came in to buy 9 tacos and it took them 1 hour to give me my order. First, I place the order and there was only a few other clients in the restaurant so I thought the order wont take long. 35 minutes I start seeing the people that came 15 minutes after me get their order which by the way were Tacos. I then stand up to ask the cashier where is my order? She says “let me check”, she comes back and it says “oh we ran out of al pastor give me a few minutes please”. 15 minutes go by and I get a bag with two boxes of tacos to go. I get to my car before leaving and check that they gave me 8 tacos and the al pastor taco is missing. I go back in and speak to her about it and 5 minutes later I get the “taco”. It’s aight, customer service is usually pretty good. My only complaints is that the food sometimes take hella long to get out. One time I ordered Nopales (literally all it is; is grilled cactus) and that took like 20 minutes to get out. And another time my friend got the Alambre fries (which don’t get me wrong it’s good) and he asked it without shrimp because he’s allergic, and they still gave him the fries with shrimp in it. Also there’s been various instances where I’ve ordered carne asada tacos and come to find out that they’re “out of carne asada” like bruh what??😂😂?? This place could be better if they worked on customer service, communication and ensure food order is correct. I recently went there and know that this restaurant chain have great food and service but this particular location does not. This location need a lot of work and I do not intend to ever return here ever. From reading past reviews of other patrons experience; they were totally right and I agree with them-bad and not so good. The other restaurant located in Riverdale is excellent and service is outstanding there.
