I went there this evening and had the worst customer service experience of my life. They have the hours posted clearly and closing is at 9:30 pm on Saturdays. I walked up to the door and it was not only locked but there was a young man telling me although it was 9:20 they were closed. I with two other customers, who walked up the same time as myself were pretty upset. I was there to get one item but during check-out the cashier began, with a nasty attitude, telling me tomorrow next time we're closed. Funny enough when she said that it was 9:28pm. Clearly the management there is pretty bad for all of the employees to think that it's ok to give such poor service. I will take my money elsewhere even if it means paying more. I'd rather pay for good service than have to get cheap food and be treated so bad. Hope others consider taking there business elsewhere. Very rude and nasty. Never again will I step foot in that place unless it's to receive an apology. Then again I don't want anything from them. I'll...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIve lived in Greenbelt for many years. I moved away. Things have changed there a lot. I love buying fresh fish from foodway in New Carr This particular day was very concerning. The young guys cutting the fish most of the time seem ok. But they often seem to be unhappy, they display low self esteem, anger, rudeness, lack of good customer service skills. Ignorance and frustration. A few of the guys didn't know one fish from the other, labels were wrong, there was such a disarray of order. Also, lack of communication between the customers and themselves. Poor English skills or non at all. This causes a big problem. Lot of inscurities. The manager didn't have much to say. Was this good? I hope in the future those young guys can find inspiring jobs to feel better about themselves instead of projecting their bad feelings on customers. My order was my not filled properly and I left without having received all the fish that was to be cut. Hopfully ill have a better experience...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI mostly get some my groceries here, like any other grocery store as a customer. I bought half bag of rice, which my wife later said she wonāt be able to use the rice for what she wanted to do. I went to the store with the rice two days after my purchase and tried to return this rice, the manager, which happened to be one asian lady look like around her 50s or 60s refused to take back the rice because I donāt have a recipe and I even show her the bank transactions she refused. Iām afraid if you went to do shopping there and tried to return what you donāt longer need you might have the same experience as me. But they wonāt go free with this, because Iām filling a law suit against them. Treat people like any criminalsā¦. So...
