BSW Beauty - New Carrollton — Local services in New Carrollton

Was excited to return to this store to get what I needed, as I've been on the west coast for the last 2 years. I was DISGUSTED that I was FOLLOWED AROUND the entire time I was in there. I attempted to discuss my DISSATISFACTION w/being SURVEILLED w/the cashier & was promptly given plenty of excuses for her coworkers behavior. I left their merchandise right there on the counter, exited and vowed to NOT step foot in there again. I have reached a point (finally) where I REFUSE to give my money to businesses who come into our communities & take our money, while at the same time blatantly refuse to treat us with basic dignity & respect. I will be so happy when we as a community STOP spending our money w/businesses who seem to think of and treat all of us as CRIMINALS. (And I don't, for one second, believe the 4.9 overall rating...at all! Seems far-fetched based on my experience). BLACK...

I recently went to this store, paid for my items and asked if I could use the restroom. One of the staff said it was only for employees and another staff looked me in the eye and told me ‘we dont have a restroom you can go to Wing stop next door to use the restroom’. I was so livid to the fact that they can get customers money but do not care about their customers well being. I have been coming to this store for over 17 years before they took over last yr. ...
