This review is for the staff working on Friday, May 10 only. If I could give negative stars, they would receive negative 100! Individuals that do not want to work with the public should not have a job in customer service. When a person walks into your establishment seeking information on having an item made in memory of a deceased loved one you would think that people could at the very least fake a little kindness and sympathy. These ladies not only made my sister feel worse than she already did but also treated her like she was annoying them by simply walking into the store. The complete and intentional rudeness was absolutely uncalled for. As a manager I would have fired them on the spot without a second thought. I hope that someone from the store sees this and re-evaluates the people they hire and does serious customer service training since they obviously do not know...

Germani's was highly recommended to repair my wife's diamond ring. I had out-of-town errands to run and was delighted to see their store was open until 5PM.
