We ordered merchandise for my son's junior tackle football team. The merchandise was weeks late. When we finally received it, it was only half of our order. I then had to call several times and finally I received a text saying my merchandise is in. We paid for my son's name to be on the back of his hoodie, it was not there. Then I received the totally wrong hat. I called and sent an email, with pictures attached showing the incorrect merchandise, with the order form and asked for a refund, and I've received no response.
