If only there was an option for 0 stars!!! First of all I’m dealing with a fractured foot!! Immediately tried getting a mobility cart and each one was dead! So with the help of my 6yr old we got a smaller cart. Knowing that they would be closing soon at 11 we hurried throughout the store to grab the things we needed. Mind you fractured foot so pushing through the pain and huge help from my Daughter hurrying grabbing the things we needed. After all that we get to the self checkout because God knows rarely is there a line for you to be checked out at. The 2 employees looked at me and my Daughter and said sorry it’s 11:02 we’re not able to check you out all registers are shut down!!! I said “ You’ve got to be kidding right?” Employee “Sorry as she takes our cart and says she has to put all our stuff back” Meanwhile the look on my 6yr old Daughter’s face after all that and all her hard help we walked out of there with not even the stuff she picked out for herself and wanted!!! 💔 So now not only is my foot still fractured this morning but we are still in need of groceries! Yet one things for sure I’ll never step another foot in this store!!! I do pray the 2 ladies employee’s was at the very least telling the truth and really wasn’t able to check us out cause if they had the means and just chose not to that was very heartless on...
Read moreSuper disappointed in this location. It is clean and the employees are friendly. BUT management needs to work on staffing and choices! They apparently close their cashier assisted checkout lanes after a certain time of night and require you to use the self checkouts.
There was several people waiting in line for an open one. Myself having purchased a CART FULL of groceries had to scan all of this myself. With a young child in tow you can imagine the difficulty in trying to keep watch of child, scan items, bag items, floor full of bagged groceries, making the computer repeatedly tell me I'm messing up and then having to wait on the ONE ATTENDANT come and assist me. Computer alerting because I COULD NOT leave everything in the bags on the racks. SIMPLY NOT ENOUGH ROOM. I will NEVER understand self checkouts for large orders. I have zero desire for self checkouts but understand some people love them. But requiring customera use them is just ignorant ALSO I guess all you have to do is know an employee and they will open a regular checkout for you, this happened halfway through my scanning. Read moreThis employees at this store are very rude the younger ones want to stand around and speak to themselves not engaging with the customers acting like we are a inconvenience;( the main cashiers that have been there for quite a while are also overwhelmed, rude disrespectful, and just don’t claim care. I was in there the day before the storm and the cashier had to stop several several times and reset people‘s self scan and checkouts because they were not working correctly she was very rude about it very blatantly rude. She didn’t even try to hide it. I even asked hey how are you? I hope you’re having a good day. She said yeah rright this is not appropriate. I’m not going to spend my money out of grocery store or any business that does not treat their customers correctly or politely something needs to really change. they are just straight out rude that works there and want to talk to themselves amongst themselves, ignoring customers and their hygiene is looking justbad it’s hard to get help. I am a manager myself at a business I know how hard it is, but that does not make it OK I hope you do better in finding better...
