But me and my partner have paid it up almost a year and we could never make an account online so payments could regularly come out on time we asked over 3 times to get it sorted out and we just got the run around from one employee named Devon an older male with a bad attitude all the time. Anyways we sometimes would forget and of course we had to pay extra on Saturday and even more on Monday. And it sucked having to give our card numbers to random people who answered the phone those days. Not only that, if they didn't answer on Saturday ( which happened often) we would be so frustrated but ate the cost of Mondays fees non the less. This past weekend which was the weekend of new years we tried to call Saturday and no answer so by Monday Devon ( the older man) said they were closed on Saturday and I tried to reason with him about the fees but he wasn't hearing it he was very rude even yelled out " SOMEONE ELSE DEAL WITH HER" and then click hung up on me.
