So I made a wonderful visit at your store, one of several recently as it is on the way to a local friend's house so I stop and pick him up things and snacks for us both. This particular day, he was with and I had to use the bathroom before shopping, so he stated that they have a bathroom, I've used it multiple times. So upon arriving, I was stared up and down by a heavyset Hispanic woman who promptly said no, as if there was a problem. But maybe there was a problem, I can tell you I certainly didn't have the complexion connection as she had what seemed to be family, a kid, I'd say about 3-4 people who didn't look as if they were employed by your company, the child certainly wasn't unless child labor is a thing with you guys. But yeah there's definitely a problem because I'm also forced to leave my bag up front which always has money, my laptop, and other valuable assets that I'd be more worried about them stealing than your ridiculous pack of gum or whatever they're stealing these days. So to me this seems like a color issue, I've yet to see any other ethnicity leave one up front. Bottom line, we all know if something in my bag comes up missing, you'll cry foul and refuse to handle it and I'd have to drag your lawyers into court for your stupid policy, because I'm petty as hell when it comes to spending my hard earned money, but one things for sure, it won't be spent at any more Family Dollars, and I frequent the store across town due to its location, but I'll make sure I wait and spend my money at the nice and clean aisles of dollar general. They at least have respect for their customers and accommodating to their needs. As for the visit yesterday, I will gladly pull it up and let you know what time it was so you can pull your camera feed and see who are these people behind your counter. Frankly, I'm glad to put the final nail in this companies casket in my life realm. And soon I'm sure you'll be on the news as well as finally closing all stores, because we all know that your company as a whole is dysfunctional, it's amazing you even lasted this long but due to your handling of customers and lack of service I'm positive im not the only jumping ship. Read moreFirst, I had let a sales associate know about a spill in the end aisle on the floor. She was very snotty and made no effort to respond other than sighing huffing and puffing as well as rolling her eyes at me and my friend. She made no move to ask someone to clean it up nor did she either. When we got up to the register, the associate ringing us up was snotty as well. She was upset when I questioned the price of the detergent advertised in the flyer. It was supposed to be$1.95 on sale. When I asked why it rang up at a higher price, I was told it was an online coupon. I wasn't aware of this and I wasn't able to get the coupon at that moment. I let her know that I didn't want the detergent until I could come in with my coupon. She seemed annoyed but said ok. She put the detergent behind the counter and we cashed out. Last night when I got home, I unpacked and checked the receipt, I noticed that the detergent was still on the receipt and I had paid for it. I proceeded to call the store and got a voicemail recording that said to try back there were no associate's available. I called twice more and three times today. Each time reaching voicemail to call back. I'm so upset and angry. Now I need to physically go there and speak with a manager to get my money back.
