Food it’s okay but service is horrible, the young lady there is very rude and disrespectful. I paid my order, o asked her if she could give me hot oil sauce she said was $.50 o told her you will my pass my CC for $.50 she put a hot oil on my food bag and threw it over to me. I Told her, “you had a very bad attitude girl you who not do that” She was disrespectful and said that I should be grateful that I got a free hit oil, told her that. That was not supposed to three the food on me that I was paying for my food that even if she was given a hot oil she should take it back but throwing the food on me or anyone is very disrespectful that if she wasn’t happy with her job we as a clients should not receive that attitude from her. I put the hot oil back she said, “I’m the boss here if you don’t like it don’t return here stupid” even worse definitely never going back. I just told her, you should sell your business then. RUDE!! the first time we called in an order to pick it up they didn’t have the proper things to make the tea i ordered but still told my grandmother she “HAD” to pay for it. and she can’t just walk out after they made her food after they tried to force us to buy something that didn’t have the ingredients to, she walked out anyways. the second time which is right now.. i called them and the called ‘dropped’ so i waited 2 mins and called them back they yelled through the phone “i don’t wanna take your order” so i kept blowing their phone up to explain to them the called dropped and she started screaming at me like she was going to choke on her own spit. never again...

By far the worst customer service experience ever I have been going to this place since I was little and it has been my second time as an adult with my children and the service was less than one star the ladies were rude when I asked about an order that was not ready yet that belonged to a customer that ordered about 15 minutes prior to me then they got upset when I asked for Paper plates because we were dining in, she then proceeded to roll her eyes and turned around to the rest of the kitchen staff and speak in their language, In which she then turn back around and I’ll get hold her eyes only because I needed paper plates and silverware for myself and...
