Over the phone customer service was lacking, but they had experience with Linen Backed Posters which was important to me.

In person prior to sale she was very friendly and helpful.

While waiting on framing there was ZERO communication, no estimated completion date. I called after 4 weeks, she said "next week"... two weeks later we stopped by and it was done. she never called!

Frame looks nice from the front but the backing is sloppy. She also lost the CoA I left with her to put in a sleeve on the back. She swore I didn't leave it with her. After rummabing in the back for 5 mins she found it, but needless to say I was not happy about misplacing a CoA on a 5 figure piece.

Quality, Customer Service, and Communication are better...
