Very nice Main Street store, they have many varieties of oil as you might expect and also many varieties of vinegar that I did not expect. The store also carries a lot of practical and novel kitchen items you would use when serving salads or building a larder board, including the board. They had a cutting board shaped like Connecticut, that was interesting. They have olives, and a huge shelf of spice that was very interesting indeed. What I found intriguing was the lack of a Nutmeg infused oil or vinegar but who really wants Nutmeg flavored oil. The staff was friendly and very helpful. For my first olive oil tasting experience, it was very informative and tasty. The sales person was great at suggesting combinations of oil olives and vinegars. The variety is incredible and combinations countless. We choose a couple combos. One with salad and vegetables in mind and the other with meat. Looking forward to making an awesome peach & blood orange vinegrette and a maple bourbon peperoncino garlic glaze......

I love this town store!! The oils are vast and pleasing to the palate! I love that they have little pieces of Italian bread to taste the oils before purchasing them! They have other goodies too!!
