Today 07/28/2025, around 5 p.m., I went to this store to pick up some sneakers and was served by a girl who gave me the best customer service I've ever received in my life. I was impressed by her professionalism. She was always smiling, always helpful, and even helped me find my best shoe size. I'm still in shock with her. We're usually known for poor service, but today I was truly impressed by her service. Now I want to go back to the store just to be served by her, and I don't even need another pair of shoes right now. The other girl who brought the sneakers was also great. I'm truly impressed by her service, and I don't know your name. I work in customer service and I don't even come close to offering that kind of service. From now on, I'll use her as inspiration. Read moreI had a terrible experience in this store. My phone was stolen either while in this store or within the H&M next door. This vans, unlike all of the other stores on S. Peters, doesn't have a security guard. When I realized my phone was stolen, I went back inside after already purchasing a pair of shoes. My salesperson was very nice and helped me look around, but the manager's attitude was extremely rude. When I inquired about the security cameras, she was not helpful at all and brushed me off. She then proceed to say "If you set your phone down and someone else picked it up, that's not technically stealing it. You just lost your phone." I understand not being able to help me, but there was no need to be so rude or imply that I was stupid.
