I absolutely love shopping here. It's my absolute favorite go to place for amazing, above and beyond customer service. Caroline is the most amazing person ❤️ she really cares about her customers and has provided me with so much support and confidence. It is a pure joy 😊 to shop with her. All the staff are so amazing to work with and it all starts at the top. The owner/ CEO, Bridget is so kind and personable with both her team and customers. I believe that Bridget was and is at the forefront of the woman's movement. She has been empowering women for many years; helping to make them go out in the world and be confident, self assured and very classy with all the lovely things to make women feel this way! Her strong leadership is reflective of her team. I'm such a strong supporter of this enterprise and so very thankful to have found this amazing opportunity to feel beautiful and empowered. On Sunday, Oct. 22nd I was attending a family wedding from out of town in the French Quarter. Unfortunately, as I'm about to walk out of the door to the wedding- the zipper on my dress completely broke and was un-fixable. I was frantic and having a major meltdown! Honestly a girls worse nightmare. I ended up buying a new dress as fast as I possibly could at Hemline. The staff were absolute lifesavers and the best people I have ever met! These girls asked me price limit and were throwing me multiple different dresses to try on while I was in the dressing room. They were absolute life savers and I do not know what I would have done without them. I ended up leaving the store in a dress that I loved and some jewelry for a finishing touch. I find the perfect dress or outfit every time i shop here. The buyer for this French Quarter location has a great eye for fashion. I find clothing and accessories here that are not at other locations and there is always a variety for women of all ages. (I am 50) But my absolute favorite is the attention from the staff. Caroline, Madison and the others make you feel like you are a priority. They know their inventory and make suggestions that are flattering to my figure and will standout at any event.
