I recently visited Claiborne’s Closet to find some gifts for my daughter and wife, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. As someone who doesn't usually shop for women's clothing, I was a bit out of my element. However, the team at this store made the entire process seamless and enjoyable.

I stopped by to check out the new store on Canal Street. I was greeted by a very friendly Mary Alice. She was very helpful without being pushy. I was intrigued with the fragrances in the back and she went into some good detail about the products and had me sold on them. I was short on time so I had to come back another day. I stopped back today and met Peyton who greeted me right away. She was also very friendly and asked if there was anything that she could help me with. As soon as I found something, she was there to take the items and put them in a dressing room for me. I did like a few of the items I tried on, but did not have the correct sizes. The sizes were not available in the items I chose. She was going to check if more were going to be available and give me a phone call.
