We always google bakeries when we are traveling, so we thought we would check this one out yesterday morning. They did not disappoint!! The sourdough cinnamon bun was great, and the sandwich sourdough bread was simply amazing! we are happy to support small family business:) fyi this is currently an online ordering system. we found the location just fine but we're alittle confused with where the bakery actually was. We then went into the café in the front area of building to inquire and she informed us, the bakery was in the back but was doing online ordering only for curbside pickup. (its not a walk-in, sit in place at this location) I was at first disappointed we were going away empty handed and we ended up leaving the area, however in the car, I looked over the website, which said you can call to order as well, so I called to see of they had any baked goods available same day as we were traveling back out of town and thankfully they did!!!! we turned the car around and drove right back over, paid on phone and our order was ready at curbside. Very friendly staff, should we be in that area again will definitely be back to try a wider variety of your baked goods!! A++

My favorite bread in Central Florida! This family run company has been my favorite discovery this year. Everything they make is incredible. My husband who is gluten free/ gluten intolerant is able to enjoy this bread because it is made with active sourdough starter. Such a blessing! We set up a tour with Candice to tour the bakery and Rise tea shop. The kids and adults learned so much and enjoyed the tasty samples at the end. The add-on to decorate a focaccia was a fun experience. We would absolutely do that again. Visit their shop or the local locations that now carry their baked goods!

We love our bread delivery! Our latest was a challah, and it was transformed into french toast. We are in love with the raisin bread. The best toast!! Even the chocolate bread and the white bread because a bread pudding. We look forward to trying the chocolate bread as toast! Our family loved the pumpkin shaped boule at Thanksgiving.

I had surgery at Advent in Daytona Beach this week. Dutch Oven Bread was having a bake sale in the front lobby so my husband and I took a look (everything looked wonderful!) and bought a sourdough boule and a box of sourdough cinnamon buns. While getting prepped, my hubby had that bag of bread in the room and I hadn't eaten in over 12 hours! Not nice đŸ˜© After my surgery, as soon as I could, I dug into those goodies and WOW, were they delicious! The bread was chewy and had a great crust. Will make and excellent grilled cheese with all the little holes! But the cinnamon buns were just to DIE for. They also were "sourdough" which sounds odd, but they were sooo sooo good and the frosting was cream-cheesy, buttery, YUM! They are gone already. I highly recommend and I wish they were closer but probably good thing they arent because it would be too much of...

Absolutely frustrating and unbelievable!!! I just drove all the way from Barbervile, approximately 50-60 miles, rushing to get here before they closed. There was no sign anywhere on the building so I stopped at the little café next door where I was told Dutch Oven is now ONLY taking online orders. The message also said if people want to try their products to go the café next door (where I had just come from). I went back to the café where the owner very graciously told me they only have their bread which they use exclusively for their sandwiches. I have driven around 100+ miles to give them my business on the recommendation of a friend who was just here last Sunday. All for nothing! This is a TERRIBLE way to...
