When i bought my home, my realtor suggested farm bureau insurance for bundling- I’m so glad she did. From day one, Paul has gone above and beyond to set me up and get my concerns taken care of with clear instruction as a new home owner in a brand new state. He offered suggestions on local attractions and gyms to help me feel more comfortable with this extremely scary next step in my life. When my new vehicle was totaled only 6 weeks after purchasing, farm bureau helped to eliminate some of the stress by taking control of the process with confidence and empathy. I’m currently a homeowner insured by Farm Bureau.. I filed a small claim, Knoxville sent an agent to my property without notifying me.. the agent made disrespectful remarks while conversing with my wife.. this claim has been a stressful and disrespectful issue.. and still not resolved.. my advice to all Tennesseans.. Get insured with a company that will assist its customers.. I did not have a good experience. I was originally told I could be covered for $418. I paid up front, then received a call two days later saying the underwriter wouldn’t approve my coverage. When I asked about a refund, they told me they would cover me for 30 days, but they are keeping $150 of my up-front payment.

Because of this, I had to come out of pocket another $400 to find another insurance company. The agent on the phone told me the underwriter is a woman who feels the need to prove she has the balls to work in a male environment. Very unnecessary and...
