Taco Bell — Restaurant in Tazewell

Worst service tonight at the Taco Bell in Tazewell. Let me start out by saying I’m not one to go back to a restaurant over being dissatisfied with the food but this was on another level. Went through the drive through and got two cantina chicken tacos. Drove down the road and pulled over to eat. Opened the first one and it was very lackluster. Hardly any chicken. I’m annoyed but whatever. I ate it and moved on to the second one. Opened it up and the shell was literally in pieces and it had less chicken than the first one. I couldn’t even pick it up to attempt to eat it. So of course I had to drive back to Taco Bell to have them remake it. Tried to go in first but they had the lobby locked. So I pull back around the drive through straight to the window and start explaining the situation and showing her the crushed up taco and she immediately seems to get annoyed with me and tells me she can’t take the food back through the window. Okay I wasn’t asking you to. I’m just trying to show you how insane it is that whoever prepared this thought it was okay to send it out like that. So she yells back to the kitchen for the remake. She hands me the new one and then says “next time this happens stop at the box” LIKE IM THE ONE WHO HAS INCONVENIENCED THEM! There was no apology towards me or acknowledgment what so ever of them screwing up! That little girl working the window needs to work on her customer service big time! Or maybe move to the kitchen where she doesn’t have to interact with customers. Maybe her and the person who sent out a dismantled taco should switch positions. And there shouldn’t even be a next time because it’s ridiculous it happened in the first place!! So no I will come straight to the window again if this happens and NEXT TIME you all can just give me my money...

Every time we go here it gets worse, My family went here a couple of days ago and were waited on by the rudest guy ever. I am legally blind & cannot see the menu boards so I asked about one of the new menu items & the guy talked so fast. I have no idea what he said. I asked him to slow down cause I can't hear that fast & he proceeded to speak even faster causing himself to stammer and I still have no idea what he said. Needless to say...when we got home & checked our order, it was botched up. Then my kids told me about going there while my oldest son was visiting from Arizona & this same guy waited on them, doing his speed talking & botched up their order. My neighbor was present during this converation & knew exactly who I was referring to cause their order had been botched by the same guy. If this guy thinks his antics are acceptable & amusing, he is wrong. The food was poorly prepared, thrown together & horrible! Well whomever the girl was working 07/23/2025 at 10 p.m. was rude to the point we left and ate elsewhere. A guy was on the intercom at first and he said the WIFI was down so I asked how long it would take he didn't know so some pissy lady jumped on with attitude asking me to get away from the intercom speaker. I asked why I needed to pull up when id just wait. She was demanding I move my vehicle at once so again I asked why I should move when I could just hold my spot till the wifi (not internet evidently lol) came back on. So thats when she got overboard rude explaining the timer would look bad on them cause I wasn't pulling through like normal. Well I said see that wasn't so hard to explain was it? So she returned fire with "I didn't know i had to explain anything to you". So I asked am I supposed to pull outta line wait 10 -15 mins and when the internet did come back on get behind everyone else that pulled in while I was patiently waiting?
