Patterson's Diamond Centers — Local services in New Ulm

I couldn't say more about Patterson's in New Ulm; excellent craftsmanship and great customer service. My now husband and I came to Patterson's for our wedding bands. Patterson's offered a great selection of bands for my husband to choose from and were very informative about the different materials, shapes and sizes so that we were able to pick the perfect ring. My wedding band however had to be specially made, as the engagement ring was not bought from Patterson's as we got engaged shortly after moving to New Ulm - Patterson's was amazing at designing exactly what I wanted and making the highest quality wedding band that matched my engagement ring perfectly. I honestly couldn’t be happier with it! The other thing that made this experience so great was the customer service, we worked largely with Sandy S. and she was extremely knowledgeable and a joy to be around. Initially, I left a bracelet and a ring to be repaired and a necklace and a ring to be appraised. It took about a month and a half to do some silver repair on the ring and necklace and when I got my appraisal for the necklace it was done incorrectly, Seems it was judged by the color of the stone and not the specific gravity, or whatever measurement is used. I asked that the necklace be reevaluated and another month and a half has passed and nothing was done for the appraisal. I went to the store and found this out and took the necklace with me as this is highly unreasonable and unprofessional. No explanation was offered and they seemed unbothered that I would not return again. I can’t begin to tell you how amazing our experience was with Ben at Patterson ‘s. We went in there with an idea of what we wanted and he helped us curate and create the perfect pieces for our engagement. I wanted some thing very untraditional, and unique. He had the ability to source from outside the store, and get us the exact gems we wanted.
