I was super excited to go and get my eyebrows microbladed but ended up having a terrible experience. I paid $400 back in October to get my eyebrows microbladed and I expressed every single time that they were not dark enough and not lasting and looked blotchy I came back three different times and had the same issue my eyebrows are still blotchy and not the color I wanted at all. when I spoke to the person completing the service she wanted to charge me more money to correct it!! it’s now January and my eyebrows are horrible, spotty, color missing in some spots and faded. Just a terrible experience & what a way to run a business. You would think since your a walking canvas for their work they would want to do a good job. The hair cut with Trish was good. My sister and i each bought Wonder brow while we were there. We asked them "now, if we don't like this, can we return it? " They warned me, you can't return it if it's open! So, we only tried one. I decided I didn't like it enough to keep it. Receipt in hand, I go to return it and they let me know they'll only give store credit. They said anytime something is purchased, they only give store credit for returns. This information is not posted somewhere in the store-especially not near the check out counter, not on the receipts as a return policy and they don't let you know that when you are purchasing a product.
