Unprofessional leasing team, was given a price for an apartment and was working with the leasing agent for a week, submitted documents and all. Was told that the service elevator was booked for my move, and just waiting on the lease. From Friday to Saturday next day, I was told the agent had been fired and the price went up $300 and that they have no record of my application or documents....
