Horrible employees, I made a mistake while using the car wash machine I went inside and asked for help. Employee help me with soap and said I needed to put more quarters. I said I know. I had more quarters in my packet. He thought that I did not understand him and he repeated himself. In the end he told me not to come inside the store anymore. I wasn't even rude to the guy. He should be fired. My husband asked him not to talk to me like that, and he turned around very agresibly, and they started a whole argument. It was a very uncomfortable situation. Horrible new management from 2 weeks ago at mornings it’s never fresh coffee we never find ice coffee the cashier always in bad mood overcharging if you don’t pay attention you never find chai tea (envelope) just the one with orange that in my opinion it’s not good if you ask for something it’s always an excuse or they don’t have until next day or later every morning before work and take my kids to school this was my spot so it was noticeable the new people working there if I can give a 0 stars I’ll do it I’ll suggest go to other 7-eleven in northern boulevard or I little far in queens boulevard o a forget the hot food it’s always old to the point the bread is hard and dry...

Whenever I am in this store, especially last night, I order a whole pizza. I request to warm it up. 1st person said ok. Then the outher guy said the oven is not working. He was laying claim as a manager of the night shift. It was 05/15/2025. The adress is 50-92 Northern Boulevard, Long Island City, NY 11101. The guy was angry with me. Then I came home right away and ordered through Uber Eats at this store, they make pizza, that time now it's working. This people are not doing there job. I am not going to complain on 7 eleven but owner of this stor please monitor those guyes who refuse all time to worm up pizza. You will lose your business if anyone complains...
