Harvey was great, very thorough and professional. I sent in all my information, paperwork, and money order using next day mail as instructed. While the process was completed successfully and the person I needed to serve was served, I had to call for updates even though I was told I’d be notified along the way.

There were a few delays getting the paperwork back to me, which was frustrating since I don’t live in the same area where the service took place. The process server did a good job overall, but I was asked to print and attach some documents to the service packet myself something I think the company should have handled.

I also expected the affidavit of service to be signed the same day as the service, but it took a couple of days. Initially, they asked me to cover the mailing cost to have it sent back next day, but after the delay, they covered the cost and notified me as I requested, which I appreciated.

Overall, I give AAA Attorney Services 4 stars. I would use them again because they got the job done, but I’d like to see better communication and transparency throughout...
