Little Italy Pizza - Park Place — Restaurant in New York

They are one of the many places unkind enough to hawk cardboard bread and bad cheese, and chase you down to the bathroom if you don’t buy something first. I had considered getting some food after using the restroom which I needed, but the interrogation one of the employees gave me outside the door was honestly off-putting. He stood guard outside it after I said “okay” to the rule about buying something. If he had left it at that and let me go, I would’ve maybe bought one of their terrible slices out of charity and fed it to a trash can right outside. But because apparently peeing before you spend a single dime in this place is a federal offense, and they have a dogmatic staff defending a small, sad and ultimately cold rule, I would rather walk away, and always remember never to patronize them if I’m in the area.

Maybe kindness would make this establishment better, but I have a hard time believing they will achieve it based on how important money is to them over customer service. Dime a dozen pizza place with a sad staff. A disgrace to...

If you ever in New York and near the world trade center museum. You have to take a quick walk over to Little Italy Pizza. It is a nice small but quaint little pizza joint that makes the most unique authentic Italian pizzas. With a little bit of style and flare I might add. The drinks are your normal drinks but the pizza great I have what they called a salad pizza and the other pizza was called the Milano Pizza. We had a really good experience the staff was friendly very helpful in deciding for those traveling through and we just want a quick bite a little taste of Italy I call it. So again if you're in the area you have to stop by there are several other pizza places along the way but this one you definitely have to make a first stop on your trip when you're in the area. Probably more a 3.5 pizza place. Clean enough, but in an up and coming area - with places like Adrianne's not far away - pizza places need to step it up a bit.

I say that for this place because it's not a $1 TwoBrother pizza joint. A slice of Margherita was $4+ along w a prosciutto slice... So imagine a whole pie. We're now at Grimaldi and gourmet pizza prices.

If you do decide to eat here, go with a regular slice - looks like they move more of those (like most slice pizza places). The prosciutto slice tasted a bit old.
