Unfortunately I had to do bail bond shopping without having any knowledge of what to do or who to speak to. So I stopped in this place down the street and Nohely and Jose saved my life! I am from PA visiting, so you can only imagine what I went through this weekend! Nohely greeted me with a smile and offered to help me right away from the moment I told her about the pickle I was in. I would give this place more stars because the employees are usually very helpful & professional. BUT... Shade (Shaa-dey), has an attitude, very rude & unprofessional. She acted more like a correctional officer, if anything. I strongly believe in " good customer service values". Employees like that, will eventually bring the business down! Please, please retrain her on customer service etiquette! I will most definitely be speaking with her supervisor, because there is no place to enter in a complaint on...
