Blimpie — Restaurant in New York

Usually I have a good experience at the location, especially when I am able to call in my order. They do not have delivery so calling in an order really helps when u have to grab n go to work. 1 female that works here has a disgusting attitude and a disgusting degrading way was treating and talking to customers. She was working Friday sept 30th @ about 530pm. Nasty nasty way of dealing with people. Of course its going to be busy is there is a Yankee game, that is the nature of a fast food establishment. There is another blimpies in Westchester square and though the bread is freshers at this location my family, friends and coworkers in the neighboring mall, courts and other businesses have all been alerted to this horrendous service and will get their blimpies from there moving forward. I thought spreading the word about this blimpies and thier fresh sandwiches was a good idea....definitely not. I never have been so disappointed in service. They should get the old staff back, they were skilled enough to take phone orders and in person orders at the same time and in a courteous manner. They also did not take their stress out on customers. Why would I go and wait in a line when there is an active phone and I can call in an order pick it up and go to work. This store needs to make some changes and keep up with the times. Maybe you shud at least have online ordering for pick up. Jus a suggestion because your people are rude and sound like they would spit in my food before I was able to pick it up. Please get the old staff back. This was around my third time at a Blimpie period, and I can understand why that is. I ordered the large philly cheesesteak sandwich which came out to around 16 bucks. This was already ridiculous, but I was in a rush as this was my break at work. After adding olives and tomato, they tell me my total 20 bucks (19 and change). I took the sandwich and left as I did not have time to argue, but if I did have that kind if time I would have said sorry, not paying this and left. In what world is a sandwich 20 bucks? A better question would be in what world is adding tomato and olive 4 bucks additional charge? There has to be something wrong with their system and I didn’t have the time to figure out what. I do not care if it is the best sandwich I ever tasted, I am not paying that amount for a blimpie sub. I could go to a pizza shop and get a largie pie that could feed me for an entire day, and I ask what we are coming to? Blimpie has this reputation in being the affordable persons sandwich shop. This was an occurrence of my curiosity leading to bad experiences, and a sub par meal. You will never convince me that a sandwich of that size (not that big) could be 20. What I don't understand about this glimpse store is that you have prices for your cookies your drink but you have no prices near the sandwich so if you ain't got no prices need that sandwich that means they are making their own prices too I ordered a sandwich called the blimp and she tells me on my receipt it says a super stack the blimp and superstack are 2 different sandwiches that I did not ask for and I was charged almost $20 for this sandwich and I'm only 1 person so what the hell do I need with a super stacked sandbitch so it disappointed me for the first time to order from this place and this is what they do to people,some of these businesses are unprofessional they're not doing their jobs right and they're not keeping customers happy and it's disappointing me when it comes to my stomach of eating and spending my money,to get...
