I had flat tire after work. So, I requested for service. Initially, ETA was 45 min, I waited for an hour and no one showed up. Call the customer service, was told that someone will reach out to me with new ETA. 15 min passes, I didn't receive any phone calls or text updates. Called them back again, then the rep told me 10 min the service tech is on his way. This is ridiculous how I wasn't provided quality service even though I have paid membership. Definitely, gonna look for alternatives. Don't recommend the online request, keep calling until you get the service...
