The pricing labels are incorrect and regularly understate the actual price that will come up at checkout! This has been an ongoing theme for the past 18 months I've been shopping here and it has not gotten better. It's especially pronounced around the dairy and eggs sections. Example: This egg brand is listed as $6.99 for 24, but they ring up as $6.99 for 12 at checkout. The manager and cashier were unwilling to admit this is wrong. I have encountered 5th graders with better math skills. It boggles my mind. I've taken photos of the labels and shown it to them and tried to reconcile it against the charge. They told me their labels were fine, and to call and complain to HQ if I had a problem. Check the receipts or you could get charged 2x more than expected! Otherwise it's basically what you'd expect from a Foodtown / Brooklyn Harvest Market - higher prices on most basic items, but a decent selection. I only go here when I don't have the option of going to Whole Foods or Trader Joe's.

Ok I came here 1st for šŸŗ. Killer selection. Grimm KCBC Smuttynose Platform Dogfish Avery Brooklyn Burial Westbrook and others. Sour selection is top notch. Tastings on some Fridays. Rigo and James get the stuff that Iove. My cellar bottle shares and everyday sippin. Several bottles and cans I have gotten in the past.

The store has fresh groceries and a clean environment, but the rude and unhelpful managers —like the one in the attached photo—have driven me to shop elsewhere, even though the register staff are friendly.

I am way overdue for a review of this place. Brookly Harvest is by far my favorite supermarket in this neighborhood. I have been a loyal customer from the first hour. To be frank, before they opened I was afraid of it being an overhyped/overpriced, but I was soon proven wrong. This place has a wide array of quality products in different price ranges. Also, there are always great sales going on, so get your loyalty card and take advantage of it. The food is fresh, the personnel is beyond friendly - and they stick around, which says a lot about the work environment. Always greeted with a smile and always there to help. The store manager (sorry not sure about his title) James, even sporadically gives me a discount when he spots me at the cash register. (I do like to shop in bulk, haha!). Now, that's how you build a loyal customer base. I've lived in 3 different countries over the past 10 years and never have I experienced that. At the very beginning, the only area I felt was a bit lacking was the deli section, but they've stepped up their game and now there's a nice selection of decent prepared foods as...

On multiple occasions I have had cashiers scan more items than I was buying and then scanned their card to take the sale off the item. The first time it happened the manager understood what happened immediately and gave me the extra item I paid for, albeit, without sale price. The second time the manager refused to believe me even after I showed him my grocery and receipts.

Anything frozen or refrigerated is always freezer burned if not a frozen brick of water. Often weird smells and leaking in the meat section.

It's like the person who is in charge of ordering inventory for this store doesn't know what people want, orders an odd selection. To top it all off you will pay a premium on groceries here.

I used to shop here because it was convenient to where I live, I...
