Affordable Liquors Inc. — Local services in New York

Solid liquor store in the most unexpected place. This store occupies a stretch of Coney Island that is squarely between an Orthodox Jewish community and a South Asian Muslim community. So it's almost a godsend.

The staff is polite and professional. Store is well lit and meticulously maintained. Always a pleasure to shop here. But the selection is limited if you like any dark other than whisky and even that selection is scant. If you like wine or clear spirits you might be a bigger fan of this place.

If you call ahead they will put your order to chill in the wine fridge, that's unusual and awesome for a liquor store...

Don't trust the bad reviews they're just bad critics. Has a great family-owned atmosphere. I'm a regular alcoholic here. They carry one of my favorite bottles of Deau cognac I cant find anymore else. It's like half priced...
