The Urban Wash is absolutely amazing. They are extremely accommodating (if you need to switch dates bc of a vacation, etc), communicative, professional and reliable. Perfectly folded, clean and organized clothes returned promptly. They let you know when they are on their way, always complete the job promptly. A true life saver. We’ve been extremely grateful for their service as we balanced FT work with raising two kiddos and allllll the home maintenance that comes with it. My husband and I have often said they are like an old school company with warm and strong customer service, and always a job well done, that makes life so much...

These guys are truly the best.

During the early years of COVID they absolutely were my saviors. They are always good with their scheduled pickup and delivery times and great at texting and communication. Super easy website to use and also super easy to text them directly too.

The owner truly cares about his business and customers. They server a very wide area in greater flatbush and also came to my place in east flatbush.

I tried many different places and these guys are truly the best, good prices and wonderful customer care...

The Urban Wash has been so amazing. They have been perfect. They pick up and drop off. The online scheduling and updates are so convenient. They actually listen to all the washing directions for our clothes. They have been able to fit us in for same day service last minute. Just wonderful service all around. They even checked in with me once to see if it was ok to ring the buzzer (I have a baby and they didn't want to wake him up during nap time!!!). So considerate! I honestly can not recommend...
