From 4/21/2025 I contacted Anna at affordable window repair on March 28. Was only able to get someone to take a look on April 9. I called and emailed multiple times to get follow up estimate. Each time, Anna mentioning they will reply soon with estimate. It’s now April 21st ( over 3 weeks). I understand that maybe my 1 window repair job is not worth their time, but would just appreciate that they tell me. I guess, if you have a one window repair job, might not be the best...

I had an emergency inspection and needed a quick repair because the window would not stay open. Affordable Window responded quickly and professionally. They were able to send a technician. He was on time and finished quickly. He was tidy and even wore shoe covers inside ( a big plus ) After shopping around they definitely lived up to the name as they had the best price. Calling around everyone seemed to be charging more just because. The prices were unbelievably high!!!
