After my mother being a repeated customer for over two years she’s had her final strike and is done with this place. The guy who takes the orders defended tone extremely rude and unprofessional by ignoring her when she was next on line. The customer whom he skipped ahead to had to put him in place and let him know my mom was first. To my mom responding thank you to the guy next to her lead to an unfortunate let down on the businesses end. Feeling ashamed, embarrassed or both? He felt the need to call my mother out her name, embarrass her for HIS mistake and proceeded to embarrass himself as the other customers in the store all shook their head in plain disappointment. Telling my mother he did acknowledge her and that there’s only three workers she isn’t the only one there making her cry. Very dishonest. I ordered a back leg of a goat, the weight of the leg was roughly 8 lbs, price was $82.00, perhaps due to the corona crisis price went up. But when I got the meat after cutting, I was shocked to see a small bag of meat. I told the employees but they didn’t pay attention. When I weighed the bag at home it was only 5 lbs. they kept 3+ lbs of my goat leg for themselves. May Allah will punish them for stealing meat from people. Selling Halal meat at a haram price. Worst meat and customer service ever. I bought some marinated chicken leg pieces last night and this morning when i took out the rest of the chickens legs for cooking i started having a bad smell hitting my nose. Chickens smells like they became bad already even after keeping them refrigerated.
