In the beginning the store quality was good but now it’s worst, some items’s prices are higher than neighborhood grocery stores, no hygiene and cleaning specially on meat section and don’t do the fish cleaning means not ready to cook, have to clean in home before cooking, Today I bought little grocery and meat and reach to pay at cash counter at 11:10:50 pm (1/7/2021) and had to face worst cashier or worst customer service ever I had some change 40 cents (quarter, dime & few pennies) I requested take this little change in cash and rest of the amount charge from my credit card but he denied ha said he can take credit card but not this cash, I said please accept Its hard to keep in wallet but you can use it in cash register, but he said I don’t know how to do it, I said just minus 40 cents from my total bill and charge rest of my credit card as other cashiers do but he was too rude to cooperate so I just pay through credit card because he was not worth...

October 2nd my first time ever in the store .Looking for a Duck to celebrate my son's birthday .Got back home and my wife informs me that the duck doesn't smell right , after confirming with the rest of the family decided it's a bad idea to eat it but at the same time I hated the idea to throw it in the garbage so I decided to take it back and let them throw it . Not looking for my money back or to cause a scene I approached the Butcher and told him the story and that I'm not looking for anything in return, just do whatever you want with it . The Butcher and the manager insisted to make it right even though they were not convinced it was a bad purchase and they did . They sent me home with fresh cut T-Bone steak equals to the same value for the Duck I returned .Although I'll be more careful in the future with frozen meat purchasing they indeed gained a future customer with the way they handled...

Besides the fact that the store is not very clean, their staff is insanely rude. Their cashier Rashed according to the receipt was extremely disrespectful to my mom today. He kept rushing her to insert her card and kept telling her she had a “balance” to pay when her card had already paid for the whole transaction. When asked his name, he said his name was Mohammed when the receipt clearly said Rashed. My mom asked to speak to manager and he would not allow that. I called the store and no one picked up. The last thing I want to do is leave a bad review but what kind of establishment has a phone number that goes straight to voicemail?
