Poor business practice! ! I went there to fix a cracked screen for my Samsung Note 2, went there the next day to find out that the glass screen was replaced inappropriately causing air bubble to accumulate underneath the screen. When I demanded that they properly replace the screen, he wanted $20 extra so that he may put "Glue" underneath the screen. This phone doesn't come with GLUE underneath the screen! ! He also said that I would have to wait few more days because he will have to send the phone somewhere else to get it repaired PERFECTLY. What is worst is since the screen wasn't perfectly replaced, my screen lost some of its touchscreen sensitivity!! Save the headache, save the $$$, avoid this...

Thanks to these guys i got back years of contacts. My samsung s5 broke 2 years back and i thought i lost 900 out of 3400 contacts. Another new Samsung a71 i did not really want only had 2500. I never used that phone never fixed the first and just when i tried to access my 2500 contacts the a 71 was broken too. They gave me no promises yet both my phones seem to be fixed and i can access the contacts. The story is not done yet but i am happy and grateful so far. One of the best Cell Phone repair stores in the area! I had to fix my iPhone 6S and my entire screen was completely busted. I asked for a quote from a repair store in Manhattan and they charged WAY too much. But afterwards I heard about this store from my friend who said they charge quite a lot less than everyone else.
