As the name suggest , an Indian- fare market. The vegetables are usually fresh on Thursday ( from my experience). There is a large assortment of Indian spices from Turmeric to fenugreek and everything in between!! I always try their roasted eggplant,the ginger/ garlic paste, and the west Indian Guyanese “ burnt sugar” an essential in stir frying. Does not have enough cashiers in the rush hours, but always have ample amount of desi food to buy.
