Five star care and experience, I was truly happy with my entire interaction with them, they are amazing. I was calling them multiple times in the week prior with tons of questions on their prices, package deals and their experience and credibility. They answered all my questions patiently, calculated my price for me and even offered to come in early before their opening time to accommodate to my schedule that day. The mother and daughter were exceptionally kind and catering to my needs. I have really sensitive skin on certain areas of my body and they even used the more expensive sensitive skin wax on me for no extra charge at all because they cared about how I was doing and what my body needed. I went in there with my hair being really long with no recent previous wax sessions in a long time and they took their time with me and made sure to remove every single piece of hair they could find, even in the hard to reach places, and even on my toes! I was in their really clean and beautifully decorated private wax room and they got rid of all my hair on my entire body. And as I said, I had A LOT of hair haha and I was able to take breaks. I was able to go on my vacation completely smooth and I was hair free for almost a month! I didn't have to constantly remove, or worry about hair growth, and I noticed when my hair grew back out there were areas where there was no hair growth at all for a very longtime. These ladies are very professional, experienced, and they are licensed, and they've got the best deals I have seen in the area. I drove almost an hour because I knew I wanted to go to them. I was going to go through their Groupon but they can give you as good, or even better deals in their beauty salon. They told me how to care for my body before and after waxing and at the end of it I left them a good tip as well because they deserved it. I highly recommend going to them and letting them help you out in removing all your unwanted hair and I will most definitely be going back to them again and again! Thanks ladies...

I've been going to Wow for some time now maybe 2 years or so. I get wax services Brazilian and Underarms. The prices are certainly great compared to other businesses that provide these services. The one thing I'd like to point out is that sometimes I feel like they get careless when it comes to cleanliness. One time I was getting a wax and the lady took her glove off and proceeded to put her hand near my vaginal area and I had to ask her to stop and she informed me her glove was too big and they didn't have any her size currently. When i went yesterday for service the lady was coughing over me, Grant it she was wearing a mask but I still think you should turn away from people to cough in these times. They can also make sure to keep the rooms clear of clutter so it feels more like a spa experience instead of feeling like you are in a closet. They also sell jewelry there so I'm able to get nice pieces from time to time to freshen up my costume jewelry pieces. The earrings are native to their culture and are different and...

The salon has horrible management. The Waxing and eyebrows lady who works there is fine, but the managers are so disorganized. Every time I've come to this salon, there have always been issues--booking/appt conflicts, the managers prioritizing themselves or their family members for things, etc. I've come here with my own appt and had to wait half an hour so the managing lady could get her own waxing done during my appt time. And another time I booked an appt and they apparently double booked and rushed me out to prioritize the manager's daughter's appt. I have never seen such a disorganized place.
