I got a very fair trade in value for my bike and the owner came very close to matching a price on a 2018 model that i would have got on a 2017. They also prepped and had the bike ready for me within a four hour window of making a decision.

The shop is huge, clean, organized and they had a lot of mechanics working.

The owner Andrew is not pushy, can answer every technical question you ask ( that’s rare) and was polite. It’s a family business so although it’s a famous brand you still get small business service..

I just bought a 2013 Aprilia Mana 850 ABS with 600 miles. Went to them for the first service ( although it wasn’t necessary because the warranty is expired) paid $ 409.00 (practically for one oil change!) EXPLICIT ASKING ONE THING to revise a water leak THEY DIDN’T DO IT!! Wery important can burn the motor down with no water!! They don’t even look at the problem and assured me that they look at all the systems and if kept leaking to return the bike for another job! Arriving at home seeing the leak is still there I realized that the ONLY PROBLEM WAS THE COOLING LIQUID TANK WAS TOO FULL AND WAS LEAKING WHEN THE ENGINE RUNNING AT NORMAL TEMPERATURE!! Dishonest and liars never again!! $409 for one oil change! BDW need to purchase a Vespa for my daughter birthday definitely...

Went to drop off my Tuono for its 1st service. Edwin was very helpful and even offered to store my helmet so i would't have to carry it around. The service was originally quoted to take a day or 2 but I didn't mind. After meeting Chris the service manager he offered to have it back to me same day. So I spent the day enjoying Brooklyn. Sure enough got a call a few hours later that the bike was ready for pick up. being that i purchased from the Manhattan store i cant speak for the Brooklyn sales team but they were a joy to speak with.
