This location has shown me several levels of "attention to detail". Specifically employee, Tony, who at the time of closing on a Wednesday evening, extended his help to provide me with services. His team of employees, though given the option to leave as Tont stated he would close alone, all stood around to catch up on work for the following day... My vehicle had a seized power steering pump, I already purchased a replacement accessory belt, and needed a shorter one. Tony went, rack by rack, and matched up my belts circumference, rib count, material/synthetic rubber, and lengths to provide me with options for the rerouted installation. He had no reason or obligation to help me, at closing time, but he took time and energy from his day to assist. The others in the store also spoke about methods and options towards performing the job correctly and if I had any further questions. Superb! A place/department/environment like that will always succeed and progress further then most, as care and support will always give a customer a reason to return and recommend the said environment to others. Excellent Customer Service!!! I needed to change my car battery. After having a terrible experience at autozone I remember seeing this shop and decided to check it out. It was the best decision ever! The shop is small but organized. The staff was extremely helpful. They did me a courtesy and change my battery for me. My bolts were covered in battery acid and they were the standard size. The guy searched high and low and didn’t stop till he found the proper tool He needed. I highly recommend this place if you need to get anything...

I just arrived from out of state and my daughter’s car needed coolant. The car was overheating and we needed to find a place fast. When we found this Arch auto store, my daughter went in and spoke to Prince. He came outside to help and waited with us until the car cooled down and then poured the coolant for us.
