Yzer and the Arts — Attraction in New York

This place is a hidden gem. Trust me when I say the inside looks nothing like the outside. I stumbled across this venue on Air BnB for a Bridal Shower. After desperately searching I was so happy to find this. Tramaine has great communication. We received 1hr before and after our reserved time frames to set-up and clean up. The space is wonderful for an intimate gathering, no more than 25 people. There’s a huge sink, bathroom, chairs, huge speaker with a microphone + tables provided. There’s also a grass backdrop that stays up (feel free to cover it up with your decorations). Parking is okay however our event took place on Sunday so parking was easy flowing.

Overall; I loved the space. You should definitely book this place if you’re looking for a nice spot that’s conveniently located in BK.

Booking with Yzer and the Arts was a breeze. They were accommodating and very responsive from start to finish.

The space is very intimidate and perfect for what I was looking for. The space can be used for a variety of different types of events and that’s a bonus and the pricing is fair. It is well kept and clean, making it easy to decorate and make your own.

The neighborhood might be a turn off for some but use your discretion. While the communication could have been just a tidy bit more open, I would recommend without reservation and would consider booking...

I used this space for my Pop Up Shop event and had a great turn out, the space was awesome, very clean and well lit, and had very good foot traffic for all vendors...and am definitely planning to use their space again in the near future for all of my events in Brooklyn. And it helps to have a rep with very good communication thru-out the month before the day of the event! I would definitely recommend this space! Thank you Yzer...
