Horrible experience! I went in for a Big 3 electrical upgrade and a secondary battery install. They looked at my vehicle and told me they could do both. I paid up front. When the technician told me he was all done, I took a look at his work. The battery looked ok. But when I looked under the hood,, there was no big 3 wires done to my car. The technician said I would have to come back. Fishy but wait, there's more. When I do come back, now the technician says my vehicle came with factory Big 3 wiring and there's no need to upgrade.So why was i charged $325.00? Then, upon closer inspection, the battery they installed had all the bolts loose. In fact, the bolts wouldn't even tighten, just spin. The zero gauge wire had been shaved down to 4 gauge in order to fit into fastener with another zero gauge wire. All held together by electrical tape.

What a nightmare. Then instead of a refund. Im told they only do store credits. Despite the fact they charged for something I didnt need or get done, the big 3 upgrade.

So now, trying to use the $325.00 credit, I purchased the PAC AMP PRO, and asked them if they could install. We do these all the time, they replied. 4 hours later and they still couldn't get it to work despite fact that I told them several times that they had to deep cycle the car radio like instructions say. I ended up leaving and getting it to work myself in 30 minutes . Very bad service, shoddy work, and lack of accountability is all I saw. But maybe it's just me. I definitely...

Horrible experience. Listen to the other reviews and do not come here. They make up the price of parts and install them without telling you first. Additionally, I was quoted for an amount that was more than double what it should have been, and then they worked their way back into that number, and added additional fake costs at the end (fake cost of parts, lying about parts needed and labor). No itemizations, completely made up and fraudulent. I am not sure that they did not cause additional damage to or take parts from my car as well, causing more issues than when I went in. I suspect that the reviews of tampering with and stealing parts are true - my powertrain steering is now messed up, when I didn't even go to the store to have this area of the car touched. Lastly, they will steal your money by getting you to sign upfront and then saying that there are no refunds, only more credits for their horrible service - crooks. Be careful...

DO NOT TRUST THIS SHOP. MYSELF AND 2 OTHER GUYS I KNOW HAD ISSUES WITH THEM. THEY ARE KNOWN FOR SWAPPING OUT YOUR PARTS OUT OF YOUR VEHICLE. ONCE I WAS THERE TO CHANGE THE BULBS IN THE ROOF OF MY INFINITI, AND I OBSERVED THEM OPEN THE HOOD ATTEMPTING TO STEAL MY BIXENON HEADLIGHTS. I YELD AT THEM AND TOLD THEM TO GIVE ME BACK MY CAR. THEY MADE UP A STUPID EXCUSE FOR WHY THEY WERE IN THE HOOD. THEY HAD ABSOLUTELY NO REASON TO BE IN THE HOOD JUST TO REPLACE BULBS INSIDE THE CAR. I HAVE A LOT MORE TO SAY ABOUT THESE GUYS. THEY ARE VERY GRIMEY. DO NOT TRUST THEM. THEY WILL SWAP PARTS OUT...
