First of all let me say, the office decor is ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL & aesthetically pleasing. The ambiance is extremely welcoming, and the receptionist is always polite and friendly — which I truly appreciate, because she’s the first face you see upon entry. Now, here is why I HIGHLY recommend Ark Esthetics for your orthodontics. I was recommended by a previous patient who completed here treatment. I’ve always had a huge gap, and large spacing in between my teeth (ESPECIALLY) the top row that I hated. I didn’t want braces, so when I found out Invisalign was an option, I jumped at the opportunity. The timeline was sufficient for me, considering my wedding would be close to the time of completion of my treatment. What I thought would make the process difficult (living overseas in Jamaica, and only coming being back in New York 1-2 months MAX out of the year), it actually turned out to not be much of an issue at all! They were able to work around my absence in the states, and able to take advantage of the time that I was in New York. They stayed on top of my treatment plan, and was proactive about my upcoming/next appointments and next steps. My complete treatment was approximately 13 months, taken into account lost time from my wedding preparation & arrival, and I didn’t want to have Invisalign for my wedding. I am TRULY thankful for the perfectionists at ARK Esthetics, and presently recommend them to everyone. I can attest that you are in great hands in regards to your orthodontics and dentistry. You can tell the staff is passionate about their work/talent & aim to give you the absolute best result possible. I mean, you are a reflection of their work after all :)
