AT&T Store — Local services in New York

I went to this store looking to buy a new phone after having lost my phone (and wallet) a few days ago. The representative, Ricky, was extremely knowledgeable, personable, and helpful. He took the stress out of my hands and took care of everything. With only a passport and some money in my pocket, as well as no idea what some of my account passwords were, Ricky managed to take care of everything while I sat there eating a sandwich from the deli. I went to the At&t store to purchase a new plan and phone since my old network and phone weren't keeping up with my data needs. Rishu and the team were super helpful and went above and beyond to get me set up. The phone that I wanted (Samsung S20+) was sold out by the time I arrived, but Rishu reached out to other At&t stores in the area and was able to find one that had it available. They actually drove over there to get it for me and stayed after hours to help me get it set up. The customer service was phenomenal and makes me happy that I chose AT&T and this store. Thank you...

It’s nice to see that we already have At&t store, the only and newly opened store in the neighborhood. I will no longer go far whenever I need to buy new phone or if ever I have any issues about my phone and gadgets because it’s just a stone throw away. I forgot my charger and adaptor at work last night so I had to run to the store early this afternoon. Girish, the store manager was there to assist me and very knowledgeable about what I wanted so he offered me Lightning Cables which were on very good deal.
