Rude employee . l went to get a regular manicure for $13 . After I was done the lady said okay since your paying with card it will be extra $2 with is $15 no tip and she charged me $19 and she didn't give me no receipt to see the total. I went back to get my money back and the owner said forget about it and toss the money. the owner was mad that l didn't tip her which is not right giving a tip is determined if u want too or not. They instead added 3 dollars as tip when l clearly told them no tip. And whenever l go to a nail salon the employee always gave me my receipt but l wasn't paying attention because l went to the bathroom. Big apple is $10 much cheaper and better employees. Glad to say l'm Never coming back...

Horrible service use to be a regular customer when I lived in the area years ago. I was in the area recently and needed a pedicure and fill-in. I wasn’t aware the previous owner Helen was no longer there. The new owner seemed decent enough so I proceeded with the services. The nail tech who did my nails was very rude n worked very sloppy. After conversing with a long time customer I was informed most of the staff is in training and aren’t able to perform all services. Another nail tech informed me that the lady who did my nails is not a nice lady. Its safe to say I will never return to...

I would only rate a four star because they do a great job on nails and pedicure, but what I noticed is they didn’t clean the tools used for your pedicure (which you’re supposed too) and they need to up their game people these days want butterfly nails V cut nails and they don’t have it or don’t know how to do it. And as for cleanliness I would say 7/10 because they need to know how to sanitize seats and pedicure tub especially during covid. Other than that there wonderful people who know how to do...
