Me and wife Decided to give our local planet wings a try since I use to order a lot at the forest ave location big MISTAKE I order chipotle cheesesteak it had some type of gooey bacon on it tasted so oily and unappetizing and my quesadilla smelled like someone’s sweaty underarms it literally smelled horrible very disappointed will not order again from here better off taking a trip to house of wings …

Placed a large order and was very disappointed. The regular bone in wings were the smallest I've ever seen a wing be. I took pictures because it was so comical. Easily the worst wings I've had. Dont know how they can get away with charging over $1 per "wing" with a morsel of meat on it. Take a look for yourselves and try not to laugh too hard.

Placed a large order and was very disappointed. The regular bone in wings were the smallest I've ever seen a wing be. I took pictures because it was so comical. Easily the worst wings I've had. are used to order from here all the time and it was great even once in a while after the movies I would go sit inside and grab something to eat and today I ordered and it took about an hour to come and my drink was missing my french fries were barely cooked my quesadillas were ice cold the smiley fries were kind of soggy and the mozzarella sticks were barely cooked where the cheese wasn’t even melted when I called to make a complaint they basically offered me a credit for my french fries because they weren’t really cooked and offered me a credit for my drink but they didn’t seem to care that I said everything else was either soggy uncooked or cold and I couldn’t even eat my dinner because my quesadillas were ice cold and I’m at work and don’t have A microwave or a way to reheat them so what a...

don't know what happened to this place every single time I place a order something wrong or missing I can see once in a while but every time is just not caring 1st few years they were on point every single time and like over night went to sh#! I stopped ordering for a while than figured it's been a while let me try and just happened again I'm done last time I spend my hard earned money for wrong food if anyone wants Mexican or tacos burritos nachos ext fresh tortilla on new drop lane is amazing been getting from them for years never 1 mistake food is excellent and they deliver to great kills and doesn't take a hour and a...

The manager named "Minor" was extremely unprofessional and rude. I had company over and placed a decent size order, when the food came I noticed the wrong food was sent. I called the store to let them know that there was a mess up with the order and asked for it to be corrected like it should be, Manager Minor told me that he is not going to correct the mess up that they did unless I pay for a new order. He chose to argue with me and said "I'd rather lose customers than fix your order." Terrible experience, I hope the calls are recorded and reviewed be the owner or corporate and get them...
